Does anyone know if there is a specific rule when rounding the decimals?? Is it to the hundredths or thousandths? The answers seem to be going both ways.

No specific rule on the decimals. I will hand grade them so you won't miss any unnecessarily. Usually, we only go out to hundredths place.

Can we use a calculator on this test at home? Or do we have to go to the hsc?

Unless specified otherwise, you may use calculators whenever you wish. However, you must use a designated purple calculator from our bookstore ($9) when testing from home. When on campus, the HRC testing center has calculators available for you to use.
